No. We specialise exclusively in non-structural demolition, which means we don't remove load-bearing walls or anything requiring structural permits.
Can you quote from photos?
Yes. Most residential jobs can be quoted from photos and measurements. Larger or commercial projects may need a site inspection.
Is waste disposal included?
Yes. Our quotes include labour, equipment, waste removal and site clean-up.
What about asbestos?
Where hazardous materials may be present, testing must be completed before any work begins. We'll explain the process before quoting.
